About licensing the psikeds knowledge bases
The psiKeds knowledge bases belong to their knowledge engineers. Initially, they are not covered by any of the free and or open source licenses. It is up to the engineers / owners to publish there knowledge bases as free documents, too.
Vision
In the future, we want to have not only a set of free software but also a set of free knowledge bases. That's another part of our dream. But for repeating ourselves as clear as possible: There does not exist any obligation to publish any psikeds knowledge base under any free (software) license.
